The PH scale goes from 0 to 14, 7 being neutral. As you can see from the image above a PH of 4.5 is very acidic, a typical vinegar has a PH of 2.5 and battery acid is 0.8. Where as a PH of 14 is very alkaline. In general the bodies PH should be 7.4 and Phion PH test strips are the best way to test.
