How to Make Essiac Tea

Essiac Tea is simple to make.

Health Leads Essiac Tea herbs come in a 165g pack in this the Rhubarb is in a separate bag.
  • Next pour 4 pints or 568ml of filter water onto a heat proof glass or earthen ware pan and bring to a rolling boil, now take of the heat.
  • In a separate pan or bowl mix all the essiac herbs together and mix evenly.
  • Now add 57g of essiac herbs into the the pan of hot water and stir in with a wooden utensil (keep the rest of the herbs for another batch)
  • Next boil fast for ten minutes, making sure it does not boil out of the pan.
  • Remove from the heat and scrap any herbs from the side of the pan and put them back in
  • Cover and leave for 6 hours
  • Stir thoroughly and leave for a minimum of 6 hours
  • Now stir and cover and bring the mixture to the boil, then remove from the heat and leave for 5 minutes.
  • Now strain the liquid and funnel into a clean sterile bottle a seal straight away, once cool refrigerate.
That was the difficult part now follow these simple steps,
  • bring 57ml of filtered water to the boil
  • add four tablespoons of Essiac decoction
  • once at a palatable temperature sip slowly on an empty stomach - no food for 2 hours before and 1 hour after.
